oh I just saw this (but now I've abandoned NaNo I'll have more time )

it's fantastic - although I can't agree to change ä to a. It just doesn't sit with all my years of struggling with this language.

Oh and that extra f... I take umbridge at the reasoning for not putting it in but I'm grateful for one less letter

I once asked a German what the longest word in German was, and got a very confusing answer! (It did involve river-boat captains though)
