Very good. Some amusing stuff as well as some serious stuff. I liked the intro.
If I may level one criticism at you, the last coupla paragraphs in the The Person section seem to talk about the War and not the person.

Excellent. Ho's "twelve recommendations" in 1948 could well be applied to advantage in modern conflicts.

Should the title perhaps say "Ho Chi Minh - The City and the Person", just so we know who/what we're reading about?

I don't think so. 'Ho Chi Minh' covers both nicely.
If somebody else writes one about the board game, they should definitely call it 'Ho Chi Minh, the board game' or, better yet, 'Ho Chi Minh, the board game - not the city or the person'.

Actually, I think I agree that a little suffix to clarify that the entry is about both the city and the man would be good... Anyway, this is a fabulous entry. Really glad it's just been accepted into the EG!

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
