The Hitch Hikers Guide to The Galaxy mentions that the nation known as "America" on the planet
Earth, would have been the starting point of the Revolution against the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation.
But then, there was an unfortunate incident that involved the Vogons and an Intersteral Bypass.
It was a rather discolourful sight to see at that time.
Which of course, means that if you did see the destruction of the Earth by the Vogons,
a) You are very luky to have escaped intact becasue the Vogons are not known for their friendly
manners
b) you are Arthur Dent. Hi Arthur.
