Amazing how many who, like Mick McCarthy, made the mistake of underestimating the mighty Argyle. I'm saying.

Ye Gods. Could this man's head get any bigger?
I notice no-one is congratulating the Iron on their so-far undefeatable form.

B, you'll get your chance to shine in a few weeks time when that week's matches are taken from League Two

Well, although I could lay a reasonably justified claim to being more clued-up about League Two football than most of this competition, I have resolved to let my computer do all the work for me, sadly.

Mr Desk, sir: I wish to point out that Paul Wotton was the first scorer in the Plymouth game (indeed, he did it in the first minute). So I'd like another point, please.

Ach! Not again
I suppose it's becoming something of a tradition for me to bugger up the scoring at some point along the line

No it's not that. I'm cross with myself.
Some weeks the pattern of results and the predictions that folk have made make it really tricky to mark; and I go into it knowing that I'm likely to make mistakes. It pains me when that happens.
This week I felt I'd nailed it and it was all done perfectly, and now I find that I was wrong

Scores are up for the side game as well. I did well on all 6 matches this week by the look of things.

frandsen damn your eyes!
we were in london last weekend and loved it. california's not a patch on it (OK i'm just being nice...)
2 things to say: first, went to sainsbury's to get picnic things, it was nice but not toooo posh, so give GD a break. there were 2 other groceries in the right across the street (hunt's and another one), sainsbury's was the most proletarian of the lot. (btw, are all londoners millionaires? how do they afford to live??)
second, i was thrilled to be able to get the kids to london before all the old buses get phased out, but regretted that they wouldn't see the venerable old underground as i first saw it in '78... wrong! it has barely changed; transfer at earl's court and you can skip the science museum! i don't think they've SWEPT it since 1978!
sorry to clog up this thread with extrania, it was the sainsbury's comment that got me going.. and that frandsen may he rot in hell, or at least in, well, visalia california, next worse.
Key: Complain about this post
