I would like to request hangar 537 for my ship. Why number 537? It's a loooong story (and has been discussed in actually offline publications. Some of the people who talked about it are actually still alive). For now, suffice to say it's mathematically related to 23, 5, 42, and many other numbers.

Problem: If you don't have a hangar 537, that's fine. I'll take hangar 53 and put a 7 after it, or 37 and write a 5 before it. I'm adaptable. So what say? Binky the WonderSkull and I'll be waiting for your response. Thank you and, in the words of Ozgood z'Beard, "have a day."

*starts walking through the corridors following the growing hangar numbers*

100... 200... 300... this way... 400... 500... we're getting close... 510... 520... it should be right here... 530... 532... 534... 536...

*bumps into a wall at the most distant part of the centre*

Umm... It seems that there isn't number 537 here... The last one is number 536... Umm... Well... What shall we do...? *embarrased*

Hangar 537 isn't available because they end at 536, huh? Well, not surprising, considering. No wait, actually, that's very surprising. What are the odds of them running out right before the number I want?

*starts computing odds*

Hmm, 288369 to 1 against. But I got some paint...couldn't we just change the number?

That's OK with me - so you now have hangar 536 officially known as hangar 537 and the number 536 is missing... I wonder if anyone's testing improbability drives nearby - the odds really seem very improbable...
