Sorry, folks, but I don't think I'll make it.
My legs have deteriorated somewhat, and unless we have a meet in Aberdeen I don't think I'm up for all the travelling. Sorry.

Aw that's a shame Peet. Mind you, a trip to Aberdeen would be good - there's an excellent curry house just across the road from the Travelodge

Might I chip in on the Aberdeen thing? I've never been to Aberdeen or Glasgow but think, given the choice, I'd rather go to Aberdeen.
I've no idea why though.

I think the best thing to do is to keep this one in Glasgow but organise a separate Aberdeen meet. Hopefully we can get more than one Aberdonian researcher to attend!
