Ahem! Don't I already have Clarence Seedorf, or am I thinking of another fantasy tournament that I'm taking part in?

The transfer window update has been done and the window is now closed. However as there are a few gaps still to be filled these players (and only these players) can be replaced before the replacements country plays their QF

No chance of me being able to get shot of David 'useless tosser' Beckham, then?

I think part of the problem is the sheer paucity of players available beyond the group stage - I have a proposal for the World Cup, if we have another one then.

How about if we have to 'qualify' for the second round ourselves? So if you don't finish in the top eight, you're out and all your players go back on the market?

It would certainly add an interesting dimension.

riotact : like a phoenix from the ashes

i traded ovchinnikov for coupet (big deal) but still have the -3 points for ovchinnikov's red card. that seems normal to me all in all, but i seem to remember losing muller's points when i sold him, and perhaps prso's too...

my memory could be faulty, and i absolutely forbid alfredo to try to check it out, since i'm very comfy in last place, but for future reference, which is it? do the points stay with the player, or with the fantasy team he was with when he made/lost them?

The points stay with the team - you should still have them.

You should still have Mullers points (although they may have been lost again by the replacement in his position) and no points from Prso is because the transfer of him plus cash for Del Piero went through about 45 minutes before the France v Croatia game and that was when he earned the points.
