You allready do regularly.
BTW he does the photo flasher a LOT.
Last vacation we were drinking, and he pops up with the rotten thing, and starts to flash us.
it took me 3 minutes to start seeing blotches again.
another 3 before i could see anything else,
and then when i went after him he did it again.

it's the nearest REALLY BIG city.
(it's directly next to Dordrecht which is despite its size considered to be a well known city as well)
