Attention metal muthas! Unite yourselves with your fellow metalheads, and mock the HM virgins at the arockalypse.
Today we go to the Rock In Reading festival, then to Donnington, and round of the day at Ruskin Arms, 'eadbangin all the way. Clad yourselves in leather, comb your flowing locks, grab a guitar and mosh!
He he. Such a stereotypical view of metal fans. The unenlightened have such a perverse view on said metal heads. It's all long hair, leather jackets, Iron Maiden logos, headbanging and bleeding ears.
Ok, I am a big metal fan. I do not have long hair. I have never been to Donnington, I do not own any leather, my guitar is a bass and I give myself a headache whenever I thrash my head around.
But, still, it's a laugh picking on the stereotyped image. Which is why I've created this here page. Metal/punk fans who want to play around with the image they've been attributed with can do so right here.
