That's just scary. The spelling, I mean.
I really don't understand those people though. I kind of do, but not really. I'm sorry, I'm not making any sense (damn nyquil {gelcaps of course}).
What I really don't understand is how people can suddenly turn Christian all of a sudden. I've had two close friends do that, and that scares me. I wonder who's next. I know it's not me at least. Thank Bob.

Oh man, that site worries me, I didn't go in for fear of being sent E-mail by crazt christians, but I did take a look at some of the devotionals, and I too share GreyRose's opinion about people turning Christian all of a sudden, however I have seen people leave it as often as I have seen them join...
That's how we know that Christiantiy scares as many people that it takes in.

All I say was the screen refresh itself.
Oh, -that's- the point of it, right? I'm confused... *^_^*

Were you typing in the 'http://'? When I did that it just refreshed itself. Just start with 'www'. Then it should work.

I was having problems with it too, so I was glad to see the solution. FFFF page was a riot!
Then I wanted to take it further, and see how H2G2 Christians might look on it, but I never bothered to. Turns out their page is almost bare, and their forums are mostly dead. It consists of a short definition, three article links, and a plea for help. I guess xtianity on H2G2 has been cancelled due to lack of interest.

Can you give me a link to h2g2 xtians? If they are wanky enough I may take the liberty of making an example of them.
Honestly, the shit they spew out...I rejected an article about xtianity last week. The author must be one totally deluded sod...I got a link to it, if you want to see it then go to my second most recent article.
Must say that I can admit happily that I am Powered By Hate. I really should get that PBH picture back up...

I've seen that article, Mike. I got to wandering your homepage tonight. It's amazing where I will wander during a graveyard shift on the weekends, with a t1 connection at my disposal. I was wondering, though, why that article by Twophlag was rejected; I found it kinda interesting.
The xtians are over here: http://www.h2g2.com/A202519 but you probably won't need to flame them. It looked like they'd already had to endure quite a bit of that already, and may be why they gave the project a miss.

That 'Ask Jesus' thing was fantastic. I particularly liked the spinning head of Jesus. Made me laugh heartily
Here's another article from BBC News:

The basic gist is that the Archbishop of York thinks that the internet will destroy society, and that "This technology is something that could ultimately devour us".
Goes to show how completely out of touch the church is with today's society. Maybe they should stick to bible-bashing.

Maybe they should...maybe not *^_^*
Gargleblaster, I rejected '3 mondes of interpreting reality' cos I didn't understand it, simply enough.
Hang on, I gotta go *^_^*...

Surely the Web is an ideal technology for bringing people together, rather than isolating them. Online communities like h2g2 show what can be done with a little effort and goodwill, and a bit of good old-fashioned pre-Christian faith in other human beings...
The conservative-minded Christian dislikes the Internet for precisely the reason that it opens people up to different cultures, different points of view, and thus encourages people to question tired old monotheistic doctrines...

The internet, being a medium for the exchange of information and ideas unparalleled in history, must obviously be the work of the devil.
Anyway, atheism has taken to the internet, and some of the coolest things out there are representing our faith (or complete lack thereof). And a lot of it involves a good sense of humor, which is what really pisses off xtians. Whenever an xtian tries to be funny, it always comes off in a Ned Flanders sort of way. But where has the Church of Rage (one of the coolest atheism sites I remember seeing) gone?

Maybe I'm being waaay too picky, but isn't 'faith' a bit of a hypocritical word to string alongside athiesm?

But "Faith" is one of the things I want to avoid. I am only labelled an Atheist as I have no faith - therefore if I see forseeable evidence that there is a god I will believe in it. That's the wonderful thing about not having faith - you don't just believe something because an old book/man says it .
