Well, so long then. In all the time I've been using this list, I never thanked you properly for keeping it going. So... thank you properly, Sellers. You did a good job. For myself, if it hadn't been for the FFFF, I would probably have drifted away from h2g2 long before now. It's been an island of scepticism and (relative) sanity in a sea of ever-stickier, ever more poisonous fluff. Not the sort of thing you want to get drowned in.

As for volunteering... maybe a few months ago, I might have taken it up. Now, I don't think I can really be bothered...

No, really Colonel. I'll miss you here. We'll all miss you. You have been a very significant part of my experience at h2g2. You might even have been the first person I argued with here!

It's too bad I didn't get a volunteer sooner... I wouldn't have had to come back and notice that the s**t is getting stacked ever higher.
