Are you trying to cajole me into wagering more of my hard-earned cash?

E's a Blade 'n' e's a Blade
Nah-nah-nah-nah
E's a Blade 'n' e's a Blade...
Now why on Earth couldn't Dellas do that on a more regular basis when he played at Bramall Lane
This was a good round to forget to post as spook and Otto will find out when they finally turn up. Talking of late arrivals, a new chap by the name of Boxing Baboon has turned up and bagged a couple of points. This should please Alfredo no end as it means that he isn't going to finish last in the competition
Performance of the round has to go to McKay with a magnificent 5 points and the title of winner for the semi-finals. Well done sir!
So to the future. Looking at the table (assuming I've done the marking coorectly) I reckon that any of the top 9 players can come through and win it. Possibly even more might be able to win it, depending upon what little extra's I bolt onto the scoring system for the final
---------------
The Results:
Portugal 2-1 Holland (RONALDO, Maniche, Andrade)
Greece v Czech Republic (--)
---------------
The Points:
McKay The Disorganised - 5 points (Portugal result & score; Greece result)
Egon - 3 points (Portugal result & score)
Master B - 3 points (Portugal result & scorer)
Bottletop - 2 points (Greece result)
Boxing Baboon - 2 points (Portugal result)
Demon Drawer - 2 points (Portugal scorer & 1st scorer)
sprout - 2 points (Portugal scorer & 1st scorer)

No chance of you bolting on enough extras so that the top 16 are all in with a chance, is there?

Well now B, if you're throwing down the gauntlet, then I can't honourably refuse, can I?
Shall we make it a tenner this time?

Well, it gives me a theoretical chance of overtaking Egon, which is what matters.
Hence, I will wait for him to make a prediction and then predict completely different results.

If you're up for it B I'll have a piece of that action.
I've five pounds that says Ormy will beat you next season, and I'll pay you 2/1 if he doesn't

Hang on. Does that mean I owe you _both_ a fiver if I lose.
Not playing that game...
