*she turns to Patricia and her expression warns her to play along*

*Lumien goes to Patricia, and offers her hand for a handshake.*

*Suddenly looks a bit uneasy.*

*suddenly feels an overwhelming desire to warn Lumien away from Patricia but instead she turns and walks abruptly into the next room slamming the door shut behind her*

*Patricia shakes Lumien's hand*

Funny child isn't she, I'm Patricia this is my house, I don't wish to return to the guild just yet

*Looks intently at Lumien*

Lady Lumien..................hmm I have heard your name, a healer, yes, then you will know Polonius Franc then

*Lumien eases a bit when Patricia shakes her hand, but not completely. She's still poised for fight or flight.*

*Syian sits in the room lost in her thoughts*

Excuse me a minute- I should probably go see what's got her so upset.

*Knocks softly on the door.*

Syian? Are you OK in there?

*Smiles a genuine fond smile*

*Syian hears Lumien's voice as though it were many miles away, she goes to sit with her back against the door to prevent anyone from entering*

*she reaches up to her bandolier and draws out the largest bell which she begins ringing loudly, the two people in the other room are not affected by it but can hear it clearly*

*Syian is thrown into the deepest reaches of death, she puts away her bell and draws her swor, she is looking for something*

*Back in life her body has slumped loudly to the floor and she is screaming incoherently*

*Hears the screams through the door*

Oh SOD!

*Turns to Patricia urgently.*

Any other entrance to that room? An outside window will do, even!

*Patricia grabs her own bells and starts to kick at the door*

*Pulls the comb out of her hair, separates the tines, and quickly picks the lock. The door still won't open.*

Something's jamming it from inside!

*Pushes with all her strength.*

*Put's her weight against the door and pushes with Lumien*
