well as I said your holiness I didn't have any misconceptions of you, it was that you stirred a memory that caused my reaction and your misconceptions that took it any further, so don't you lecture me on misconceptions and hold them yourself

well I would say the feeling is mutual, but I prefer to get to know someone before forming an mis-guided opinion of them
*turns back to Elandra*
If the offer still stands I would like to stay a while so you can see how extensive my training is.

I only respond to people as they respond to me till I know them as that is the only way I can judge the honour they deserve.

*The High Lord turns back to Lone Wolf.*
You must understand, Lady Alicia has faught long and hard to give necromancers a good name for her kind. I allowed the necromancers to stay at the guild hall for this reason. Most of them after a while are affected by all the death around them, but if we give them life and hope...then they should be a good asset to this guild.

I would be honoured if you could stay here, and we could see what things are different in our teachings...

As to the way I reacted to the Lady Alicia I apologise, as I did to her, though she seemed unprepared to accept it, and I hold nothing against any necromancers that are still alive, it was just a memory she stired. As I said to her I treat people with the same honour they treat me till I know better... from what you have said I assume she is of high position here? In which case I will apologise further to her, though I still feel her attitude was uncalled for.

*shakes her head resignedly*
She is a member of the High Council, as am I...her attitude...necromancers, as you know, do have a rather sinister reputation which in her case is not founded in truth. But I can imagine it would lend itself to her being defensive.
But this, this is not important. There are more pressing matters that I would attend to...such as your training. What experience do you have in weapons enchantment?

Before we continue this discussion I would point out I am still undecided as to whether or not I wish to join this guild - as I said I am a traveller and therefore I do not know how much time I would stay here to train, nor do I know if I would ever return if I was trained. If that would present a problem then I will have to consider the implications of joining in depth...
As to what experience I have in enchanting weapons I am not really sure, sometimes when I try certain excercises my weapon seems sharper, more able to wound enemies. Once, my weapon burnt with a fire of its own, though I am not sure how I managed that.

Would you like to accompany me to the smithying chambers? There is an enchantment room there, and I have some as yet unmodified weapons, we could see what skills you have.

Follow me...firstly however we will have to go to my chambers as that's where I keep some weapons stored, if you do not mind.
