*throws the knife, aiming just to the side of the stranger's head*

*Lumien jumps up, startling the bird.*

*the knife sticks in the wall, just to the side of the stranger, with a quiver and stays there*

What am I doin? I don't like being spied on! Why don't we ask our mysterious stranger what he wants

*Wolf stands and starts walking over towards the stranger*

*the bird flys over to the stranger as the knife sticks in the wall next to his head*

*the strange talks to the bird and it flys back to Lumien as he pulls the knife out of the wall*

*the stranger gets up walking over to Wolf handing the knife to the bargirl on the way across*

*he approachs wolf and pulls down his hood showing Lycan beneath*

/Wolf/ I'm supposed to be meeting someone here...

*face remains devoid of emotions* Don't forget Wolf, I'm in charge around here... not /you/

*Lumien absent-mindedly puts a hand out for the bird to land on, while her mouth works its way around words that won't come out.*

I'm sure there are more interesting things to look at than us, so find one. You may outrank me in the guild, but my family name is still worth something in this town...

*Enters and looks at each person in turn, then goes to a table and sits by herself, Masky gets out of the basket and stis next to it, Shaylar signals the serving girl who comes over*

SG - Certainly

*Goes off to get the mead, comes back and puts a bottle and goblet on the table*

*does change his expression*

*Lumien steps in between the two arguing werewolves.*

Both of you had better calm down before this gets any worse.

At least I don't try and get into every female magicians room

*glares* and what me and Elandra do is /our/ buisiness not yours

*turns to the bargirl*

If a new girl comes in here, tell her to meet me in the high council room...

*turns his back and leaves*

Well unless I missed something Elandra isn't a female wolf, and he stinks of one, do you think Elandrs knows?

*The Serving girl brings Shaylar's food and she and Masky begin to eat*

Nicely done Lord Wolf, only you can manage to upset a high ranking member of the council and insult his lover in the same breath

*For Lumien, trying to stop the fight between Wolf and Lycan was similar to a man trying to stop two elephants from charging at each other. Needless to say, she's visibly shaken. She looks at Wolf.*

*She turns to the bar.* Glass of red wine please!

*The serving girl places Lumien's order in front of her.*

I am better now thank you, I've been chosen to replace Lord Akiro on the High Council

I'm afraid Lord Lycan and Lady Elandra's romantic problems are going to affect everyone for a few more days yet, I attempted to give Elandra few pointers to keep Lycan happy.................you know............in the bed chamber and she bit my head off, virtually accused me of trying to get her to bewitch Lycan into doing her bidding but I explained about my fathers bodyguard guarding a Harem and taking notes of the practises the women used with the King, I thought she just might like to spice up her love life

*Sighs again*
