*Looks silently into the distance at the battle and visably pulls herself together.*

Well I'm going to help.

*mounts her horse and gallops off.*

*Alanna puts a foot in a stirrup and swings herself quickly onto her horse. She also rides to the battle in the distance.*

*attempts to skulk out of sight*

*hears announcement*

Blast it!

*goes in toward the Lady's rooms* better not be more jawing and talking

*notices the battle (after being gone long enough to not see this update) and readies a giant fire wave, aimed at the advancing army* Finally, some real fighting.

*Avatar heads out the main gate and surveys the battle. He readies his staff and sword and runs to join in.*

*Alyssa approaches the main gate slowly and stops scanning the scene happening further out on the road*

*walks up behind*


*frowns*


The carts still here

*Alyssa lifts the skirt of her dress a little and crouches down examining the tracks*

[Alyssa] It seems they did not leave all at once, and when they last few did they were in a great hurry....

*she follows the tracks with her eyes then spots the group by the tree, the proximity of the orcs and the split in the earch holding them back a little, and then the ball of magic being generated.....*

It seems we are late.....

*she stands again and narrows her eyes a little focussing her vision*

Some are wounded, this cart would help but we'll be under fire and whenever that spell blows we should aim not to be near... I'm quicker than you, I'll dart ahead and get someone to cover us. You can start moving the cart a little nearer. Agreed?

*frowns* you're still weak

[Alyssa] Which is why you are moving the truck and not me *she regards him with amusement and takes a few steps towards him* Why are you so worried about a dark one like me anyway?

<< Truck....... cart........ they're all the same anyway........ big things with wheels.......>>

*blushes and takes a step back* I..... *blinks*


I'll move the cart then shall I?

*She raises an eyebrow and smiles*

[Alyssa] Yes, that would seem best Calel

*she turns back to survey the scene on the road up ahead silently, then whispers something in a strange language and from somewhere in the shadows her black horse appears and comes to stand by her. She reaches out to it without looking, stroking its muzzle, then turns and vaults onto it urging it onwards towards the road to get the message ahead*

*frowns as he watches her leave*


*walks over to the cart muttering about dark elves who think they know better than a healer and whats it to do with him if she wants to put herself in danger when she's already weak, if she wants to by silly and get herself into more trouble than she is well that is just her affair nothing to do with him at all, why should he care when she doesn't*


*still muttering to himself he begins to push the cart out of the gates*

}BOOM!{

*passes through the gate on the way to the guild healing halls*
