*runs to Shaylar's quarters.*

~~All elementalists at the front gate report to Lady Shaylar's quarters immediately!~~

*Ezekiel frowns hearing the mental message*

[Ezekiel] I'd say thats warning enough something is going wrong
*he paces* but we cant all leave here, the front will be open to attack. I'm staying for now

Are you sure that's a good idea? I doubt they would have sent out a call like that if it wasn't urgent.

[Ezekiel] Are you sure its a good idea everyone leaves the front gate unguarded when we are currently at war? Besides, I'm an illusionist not an elementalist

*Alanna nods*

I see your point.

*snorts* It's good to know /someone's/ planning ahead.

*Gets off the cart and goes back to chewing her finger nails.*

[Ecg Unagi]: "Ezekiel, Alanna... thankyou. I'm going to see what's going on,- and you know, see about what I can do. Maybe I can find out a few things that have been bugging me from the start, ?"

*Exits the frontgate and goes inside the building*

~Can either of you hear me Alanna and Ezekiel? It's me Ecg. Trying to transmit stuff from outside of the Guild hall, while in it... is difficult; I'd better keep this short then. Lady Shaylar,- seems to be in a coma-like trance. I went and saw it in there myself. Ezek, your sister _and that healer guy... I don't know what they are up to... just yet. Followed them to the hall,- way~
*The rest of his message gets cut, since apparently that was too long...*

*Alanna looks across to Ezekiel with a frown*

Did you hear that message that Ecg just sent?

[Ezekiel] Yes *he works his jaw in annoyance* Why would anyone automatically assume my sister has done something, just because shes new here and because shes made it blatantly obvious that we're not the same as all of you. Why should it matter? Why is that a reason to not trust someone? *he kicks the dirt angrily* stupid girl she always causes problems for me *he stands glaring towards the guild angrily* If he lays a finger on her, I dont care if hes suppose to be my friend...

*sympathetic look*

Your sister hasn't exactly made herself popular. Even still, I doubt Ecg would harm her in any way - and he would at least tell you if he has proof that she is up to something before taking action.

*he takes a deep breath and sighs*

[Ezekiel] I should hope so

[Ecg]: ~They know I'm outside Ezekiel. Now what do I do? If they decide to give me a less than friendly welcome, it's two on one - and they're magic users... This isn't good. Any sort of advice would be useful Ezek,- I mean, she's your sister... how do I calm her down? There were a bunch of injured healers outside Lady Shaylar's room (where she forced her way in, I think).~

[Ezekiel] (to ecg)~~leave it.... get back here....~~

*he turns slowly in the direction of Kalsho Road and watches the large shadows moving away and fighting in the sky*

[Ezekiel] This is getting beyond our control.... I'm going to help

*He runs toward Kalsho Road*
