At the moment a comforting fire blazes in a hearth; a bed lies in the middle of the room, the portal to the realm just above it. Luthiena is lying on the bed, unnaturally still. Cara is sat on a rather flea-bitten sofa...

*Khamsin appears here hold a single hair in his hand*

I thought you would like to have a mini fridge, always need one of those

*moves to set mini fridge next to bed but all of a sudden the room seems too small for the fridge*



I think I will keep the mini fridge for awhile then...

*crawls out of Kham's pocket*

*Luthiena is lying inert on the bed, for once she looks perfectly at peace*

*cara is sat on a large comfertable armchair in the corner of the room, a large tome is open on his lap, he looks and sees Kham appear*

*moves over to where Ena is*

*a gasp is heard and Luthiena's chest rises and falls once before falling still again*

*looks at Cara shocked* what just happened?

*looks back the Ena and kisses her*

*her cold skin seems to be getting warmer, she breathes again, slowly and painfully she opens her eyes*

*her breathing is in laboured gasps, the scar on her face suddenly stands out prominently...Cara notices it for the first time*

*the strange scents in the room bombard her as she tries to work out where she is, her claws sheath and unsheath rapidly*

*bites his lip as her claws stab at his hand*

*walks over to Ena*

I do not know why she lives in this place captain.
Maybe because this is my world and is not tied to the shadow realm...

*looks at ena*
