I'll do one for you:
1-2pm: The researchers assemble round the bandstand.
2pm-4ish: The picnic is in progress
Early evening: The researchers wander round Holborn pub crawling til it's 6 o'clock and go to the P*******s O*k
6pm-9.30: Everyone has a great time until some muppet starts drinking their own drink and the group is told to leave.
9.30 onwards: fords, EV and 2legs leave in disgust. 2legs going mad.
That should just about cover it

Some people have, I think* dressed in something close to fancy dress at some previous meets and some of us always look like we are in fancy dress 
Nest meet should be January, though there are some coming up, in August I think, smaller ones...
