Having spent my lunchtime today at Covent Garden, watching some live music, due to the unique way that the BBC is funded 
I thought we could go down that road of Public Television. Yes it's where the US manage to see things like reruns of Are You Being Served and think it's the height of british comedy, what litle do they know
