Hyp the Mag.... The calendar hasn't arrived yet, which is why I haven't thanked you for it. Don't fret: the postal service in Australia (in the regions in particular) is atrocious and some things have taken four weeks from UK I shall let you know when it arrives
Kat.. don't do it!!!! I once caked a friend in calomine after she'd got sunburnt. I promptly fell unconcious (which might have had something to do with a or ten) and left her encased and immobile until I woke the next morning She has never forgiven me
Tuna marinated in ginger, soy sauce, tabasco, chopped marjoram and lemon balm, white wine vinegar, s&p, olive oil. To be seared (ie fried in a heavy skillet at a very high temp) and served with leaf salad.
Followed by fresh fruit salad of kiwi fruit, mango and pawpaw, drenched in freshly squeezed lime juice
That's my dinner tonight. Eat yer hearts out <winkeye.

I had a very long meeting yesterday which left me knackered. So I didn't get around to hunting up that blackberry recipe I have in mind. I'll try to get to it soon. Just in case Pimms has some stray brambles in the freezer.
I can't buy fresh tuna. Just the canned variety.

Don't the people at your metting realise you are a president and have onerous duties outside of their agendas?
I have about 5lbs of blackberries in my freezer. I intend to turn some into jelly when I have time, probably in Jamuary
