QI - "Perfection lay within, or I am already here?"
shagbark Posted Feb 19, 2011
Oh, and in case anyone is wondering where I got Bangladesh I was thinking of the Old Movie Lost Horizons, the title character was supposed to be evacuated on a poet in the Pacific but the plane was hijacked and went "The other way" I was going to say tibet then thought no I need some place on sea level hence Bangladesh.

post 281 is a continuation of the thought in post 280 where I guessed
the sound is an egg washing facility in Bangladesh.

and I note the title clue is a past tense statemet tied to a present tense question by a comma. Obviously only poets and poor grammarians would do something like that.

I see now.
"Perfection lies within" - do not refer to eggs as a superfood.
The Sound is not an egg-washer or candleer.
The recording is not being made under-water but in open air.
The Sound is not in Bangladesh - but that's a lot closer than London, Ireland, or Port Huron,MI. Lhasa is marginally further away again... but depending or where you were stood within China, relative to Bangladesh you'd be either closer or further away from The Sound.

I claim to be neither!
Possibly becuase I'm trying to hide something in there and it's not a real sentence, as you rightly suspect.
Would you like another clue to help with the title clue?

maybe we should go where the words I AM were first spoken - that is to Jabel Musa(the mountain of Moses, referred in scripture as Mt. Sinai) in the Sinai Peninsula.

(5) tells me exactly nothing. Is it the fifth line of a lyric?
