So it's an oddball showing up in the UK. Anything beyond that, I'd just be guessing. One klaxon is enough for now.

It was an oddball showing up in the UK...
'IT' (Notice not specifying male or female)showed up on and off for around fifteen years.......
Way out of its normal territory though!!!(Another clue)

Yes, we here in Preston now have resident Perigrine Falcons nesting on the steeple of St. Walburge's Church....Three years now!!!
