A chinese Philosopher (or such) once said a man's (also for women) working day should be broken into thirds of Sleep, work and leasure. if we used this theory when calculating a timetable for a week we might end up a more balanced people.

Well one third of a day is eight hours, which (I think) is the normal length of workday. Though one propably should count traveling to and from work as work instead of leisure, so it doesn't really fit unless one lives really close to work.
