A Conversation for Chateau in the Mountains

This looks like a dance hall, with statues, paintings, and medieval weapons on the walls. Directly across from the large double-doors at the entrance is a sweeping staircase; hanging from the ceiling is a beautiful chandelier.

*NYC peers in*
[NYC] And how am I supposed to get fire support in here, I wonder?

Mmmmmmm. Someone of good taste, ample financial resources and appreciative of the grand style - certainly someone who has confidence in spades to try and pull it off. All in all not a bad gaff if a touch 19th Century European minor Royalty for my tastes.
The chandelier needs a good dust though.

[Yar] Wonder where Persephone went, though ... [looks around] Hmm ... Should we try the east wing, the west wing, or that passage right behind us?

[NYC] I suggest we stake out her personal chambers.
*NYC gets looks from Red and Yar*
[NYC] Whaaaat? It'll save a lot of walking, and she'll have to go there /eventually/.

Ooh! I always wanted one of these! This'll go great with my Grim Reaper halloween costume!

*points to a Statue*
Hey that looks like Vestboy !
..... and that one looks like soeasilyamused ! I recognise that look anywhere - mainly mischevious with a subtle but definate hint of malice.
..... and here's a Uncle Heavy statue complete with a Hybiscus Shirt pattern !
*walks over to a fearsome Lochaber Axe on the wall and takes it down for a practice swing*
Ooooo nice

*swings Lochaber Axe nonchalently*
Ho-hum. Anything going to happen then ? Just wondering you know .....

*Stroles in.*
Nice place they've got here. Pitty, I have that feeling that something bad will happen to it.

[Yar] Hmm ... Okay, so, if this was the movie, Persephone'd still be with us, and the Merovingian'd show up right about ... now.
[And with that ... nothing happens.]
[Yar] ... Okay, looks like we do this by the game. We'll have to split up ... and at least one person has to go alone.

Right, well...west is a rather nice direction so i think I'll take the passage that is right behind us. Don't ask how I came to that conlusion just accept that i did.

[The east passage is at F1709137?thread=360525, the west passage is at F1709137?thread=360524, and the behind-them passage is at F1709137?thread=370119. All other visible doors here are locked from the other side.]

[NYC] I have the pressing desire to head east, so... Corrupt, care to join me in the random, yet probably fruitful searching?
