OK, try drawing a fat line with some branches and leaves on it. Now draw a circle around the line and then another slightly larger circle. The leaves are red, the inner circle is blue, and the outer circle is red. Then you add the stars and lettering.

or maybe we're the big stick, and when h2g2 talks to agressors softly and they ignore it they then hit 'em with the big stick, namely us
