Updates tend to take a lot longer than Peer Review, so we usually leave them to incubate for a while, until we have time to do the update in-house. Looking good though!

Just remembered... Freddy bleeds green blood in the dreamworld... Might want to add that in...

i won't add that, but only because i think that's inaccurate. He has bled green blood in the dream world before, but he's also bled red blood. i think since he has a power over dreams, he can choose a blood colour that will spook people out!

Gnomon - time to move on Posted Dec 5, 2003
I've only just discovered the Update Forum, so here are some typos for you to correct:
100 insane murders --> 100 insane murderers
en dof --> end of
Janitor --> janitor
outskirst --> outskirts
rvenge --> revenge
There should not be full stops (periods) after abbreviations like Dr, Mrs, Sgt, Lt.
arrested of murdering --> arrested for murdering
murdered for parents --> murdered by the parents
Chrissie to is killed --> Chrissie who is killed
very very long --> very, very long

Good entry, I think. Just a few typos that may or may not have already been brought up...
en dof his --> end of his
outskirst --> outskirts
"Freddy has a daughter" should it be "Freddy had a daughter"?
"There have so far been eight Freddy movies to date" only needs either 'so far' or 'to date'. Not both
"None - pretty poor really." couldn't that just be 'None."?
back to live --> back to life
"the stories How he" should have a line break in there between stories and How he. And a full stop after stories
Also, shouldn't the movie titles all be in italics?
I like it.

ok i've updated the entry with all the corrections. i don't think all the movies in the subheaders need to be italicised since they are in subheaders, but if i'm wrong about that, please corect me.

Are there any final comments for this entry? If not, are we okay to over-write the original and list this as updated on the Front Page?

The Apprentice Posted Jan 23, 2004
Been in and out. Kind of busy. Looks good. Few minor corrections, but nothing massive:
First paragraph - 'glove with blades attatched' - 'attached'
Last 'Before Death' bullet - 'They went to a power plant where Freddy lived...' - 'the power plant'
'A New Nightmare' section - 'Heather Langenkamp, actor of Nancy' - doesn't ring true - 'Heather Langenkamp, whoplayed Nancy'?
'A New Nightmare' section - 'while Heather protects her and her son...' - should be 'while Heather protects her son and herself.'
Otherwise, go for it!

As soon as there's indication these comments have been addressed, I'll take this as an update.

Right, just catching up after my brief holiday. This entry has now been ported across to the original. I've changed the title slightly to incorporate a lot of the extra information in the update and it's now at the top of the 'Recently Updated' section on the Front Page. Well done, Spook, and everyone else who chipped in.
