No I think Tony Blair should walk his own son up to the cash point and take out the on-the-spot fine as he intends others to do. Show he has no favourites.

Castro: Elian's Father Is a Modern Day Communist Hero
Cuban leader Fidel Castro awarded Juan Miguel Gonzalez one of Cuba's highest civilian honors Wednesday night in Havana, formally making Elian Gonzalez's father a modern-day communist hero.
Gonzalez was awarded for his behavior during the seven-month international custody battle — for ignoring the bribes to keep his son in the United States, but instead bringing Elian back to Cuba.

You know, there is some town in southern Louisiana whose police force have managed to build themselves a whole new station complex and expand their fleet of SUVs by shaking down out-of-town drivers on incredibly minor traffic infractions. I'm sure the Greater London Metropolitan Police would never prey on people like that.

*growls*thanks Lil. There's probably 3 people in Dorothyland that didn't hear you...
Speaking of which, we have an even better deal here. It's called the I-70 drug task force. They don't do any profiling but, they seize MILLIONS thru the forfieture laws busting mules on the highway. Litterally, millions. A small town out west popped a fella transporting over 3M a while back. Weren't able to prosecute him tho, as he shot himself dead on the spot. Then they found another 6+M in a storage locker in Denver.
*secures coffee and snacks-looks about furtively*
