As for conversation, talk to anybody who's here. Obviously this isn't a live chat room, but it is a sort of slowly evolving conversation. Read the thread through and speak to anybody who looks interesting. Even if they're not awake yet cos they live in California IRL, they will answer eventually.

Some people post, then go away, then come back later, read the backlog, say something else etc.

There was this monastery, where the rule was, just one sentence per week could be spoken by any one monk. The monks met daily in the refectory, for their main meal.

Week 1, one monk says: This soup is very good.
Week 2, a second monk says: I don't care for it, myself.
Week 3, a 3rd monk says: I'm tired of all this arguing over soup.
