Cunningly, the Official Iron Maiden website has an advert for their online shop (on the same site) on their audio page. You listen to a few clips, then go and buy it. All in the space of two minutes!
And I've had everyone from h2g2 to Slipknot saying what Lil said to me. I am powerless to do anything about it, in the Big Scene.
The idea is -not- to get caught

diabolically clever lad.

Why do you think Big Business is falling all over itself to get all these restrictive laws passed re the internet? If this is allowed to grow, why... People won't need big business at -all- ... The megarich distributers will be out of a job and those who actually do the work will *gasp* reap the benefits themselves rather than lining the Rich Man's pockets!
'Nonnie the crusader
(No, not -the- Crusader .)

Mike A (snowblind) Posted Mar 9, 2000
What a cool prospect! If obly I could remember what was said up there...
...2 days is pretty long in 'net terms.
Lil: *^_^*

Irving Washington - Gone Writing Posted Mar 9, 2000
That's why H2G2 keeps stuff like that up there, so that even two days later you can go back and read!

Mike A (snowblind) Posted May 13, 2000
Or, 9 weeks later!
Man, it's been so long since I've done something bad...maybe I should see how long I can stay clean
I'm reviving a couple of very old forums. Stop them stagnating
*sssshhhhh!*
Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted May 13, 2000
I saw this thread spring to life. Couldn't remember what it was!
Well, Irv's away today on his summer travels, and now I'm a caretaker, so now I'm not just chatting with my good friend but I'm interacting officially.
Please don't hurt me
*sssshhhhh!*
Mike A (snowblind) Posted May 13, 2000
Fear me!
Only joking
Yey, lets talk here
Incidently, a couple of old forums (last post 10+ weeks ago) hat I posted in today have been revived with other people. Including a Watership Down thread thayt I started a few days after registering
*sssshhhhh!*
Irving Washington - Gone Writing Posted May 13, 2000
Irv is still packing, and has decided that his computer will be the last thing he unpluggs
*sssshhhhh!*
Mike A (snowblind) Posted May 13, 2000
How long are you going to be away for?
Have I already asked that? *^_^*
*sssshhhhh!*
Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted May 13, 2000
Not sure, but I think he has unplugged. Hey MikA, I haven't been on the DM Convention thread cos it's too damn long. Could you kindly relocate the thread, maybe back on DM's home page? Would appreciate it much
*sssshhhhh!*
Mike A (snowblind) Posted May 13, 2000
Yeah, I think it's about time. Since it's quitened down, I'd take the opportunity to use it as a generak discussion thread, in replacement of "Let the Crusade begin".
Productive though the Convention was, I can't remember a bloody thing about how the film was going to go! Great fun though

Katsy a.k.a. Esti Posted May 13, 2000
Wow, is this like a "revival" of abandoned forums? I was thinking about doing that the other day actually.
*sssshhhhh!*
Mike A (snowblind) Posted May 13, 2000
Yes, it is like a "revival" of abandoned forums. Though I'm scared to dredge through -all- of mine (there are s**t-loads).
*sssshhhhh!*
Katsy a.k.a. Esti Posted May 13, 2000
Same here. Maybe I'll revive the very first forum I went onto when I first joined h2g2, it was about Doomsday predictions and people were talking about the eclipse, as it was around about that time. That's where I made friends with the likes of Loony and Anonymouse.
*sssshhhhh!*
Mike A (snowblind) Posted May 13, 2000
My first forum was a one-post in one-thread, about The Italian Job.
*sssshhhhh!*
Katsy a.k.a. Esti Posted May 13, 2000
I'll get a link up to my lovely forum, you must go on the Shoot to Thrill one! It's soooooo much fun! Go on my user page and find it. It's a laugh!
*sssshhhhh!*
Mike A (snowblind) Posted May 14, 2000
L8er
Is it long? Would I have to read it all to get the humour of it all?
Key: Complain about this post
