Morn' everybody.
It seems like Dad's on the mend again. They are going through all his medication now, to find the right balance. This is my last day at w*rk before I go on a two-week holiday. I am not finished with the half-year report, not written any instructions for my temp,(I get a temp! Yay! ) my desk is a comlplete chaos. And to be honest, I don't care.
A caffe laffe latte please.

I'll start for Sweden tomorrow. I hope it is not much wind then, I hate to be seasick.
Here it is the most beautiful autumn day - sun shines and some small clouds hurry in the sky. Leaves are all red and golden, chestnuts are falling and walking to the kindergarten which usually takes 20 minutes took 45 today.
IIEM, refill, please.

Now that's the kind of autumn weather I like. Unfortunately we seem to be stuck with this neverending rain...nothing is golden, just grey and wet
I hope it clears up over the next few days, or you'll get the wrong impression

I have been in Sweden twice before and once travelled to Oslo by train, but always in summer. So I already have an impression that in Sweden sun always shines. Exept in Märsta, there it always rains.

The weather in Bergen is gorgeous, sunny and bright. I wish I had time t go out and enjoy it..!
Blue sky, blue sea, green hillsides with just a hint of gold here and there. The colours are very sharp.

LOL
I have similar experiences from my last trip around Norway - In my mind, the sun shines brightly in Oslo, while all of Hardanger is always overcast or rain-drenched. But the colors were bright and sharp there as well - some places look beautiful even under a grey sky.

Ive just popped in for a quick , before dashing off to pick my eldest up from school.
It's been a bit of a week.
The kid's are a bit confused, I don't think they really understand what's happened. And have been a trifle miifed about Mam and Dad wanting to watch the news.

Hi Shubukin That reminds me....
Warning: lecture: Nothing personal:
The Authorities here in Norway have been stressing the importance of NOT letting the small kids see the news by themselves. I agree,
watch it together and answer their questions truthfully. Saves you a lot of grief later!
Sorry, I just had to say that! Small kids have eyes and ears just like grownups, and people have a tendency to forget that....
I'm going home to pack now.
Toodlepip everyone!
