A Conversation for Christians on H2G2

I concider myself a Christian, but I don't quite fit your discription. I definately believe in God, and the words of Jesus, and that Jesus was Christ, and that he died to save our sins. My upbrining did not demand that I read the Bible, though I do plan on it. So I don't know about how many days it took him to be resurected. And as far as the Holy Trinity, though again I don't know much about it, it's always seemed like a tool to make monotheism easier for polytheists to understand. Like humankind had been so used to breaking down the powers of the Univers into different gods and goddesses the Christians still aren't able to grasp the idea of just one, they're minds can't wrap around the concept of such elegant simplicity and wonderous power.
There, I've said my bit, now I'll get on to doing other things.
