i hope they are good, i changed the recipe a bit...added a touch of this, removed a touch of that. i always figure you can never perfect a brownie, there is always room for improvement

speaking of brownies...
the latest recipe, if you find yourself out of butter...which I sometimes do *gasp*
1 small can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 brown sugar
3/4 c chocolate chips
1/4 c flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
melt chips, brown sugar and sweetened condensed milk together, let cool, add the rest, pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until middle is set.
they're good, fast, and easy. Although I would recommend frosting them.

i think a midnight brownie would be a wonderful idea. i still have 13 hours to go until my midnight, should be plenty of time to whip up an extra special batch of christmas brownies
