Queen - The Prophet's Song.
AC/DC - Touch Too Much.
Genesis - In The Cage.
EV, you do know that choosing three is impossible don't you?

Queen - Prophet's Song
Led Zeppelin - Since I've Been Lovin' You
My Chemical Romance - Welcome to the Black Parade
I could go on and on with my list, it was really hard to decide on a thrid one - so my third choice is likely to change as the weeks go by, but I think my first two are my choices for life.

If I'd have had more than three choices 'Since I've Been Loving You' would have been straight in there. Glorious.

Did you not find the first two easy and the last one the problem, I can think of about 10 tracks I could have put at number 3 and the moment I picked My Chemical Romance I regreted it. Still, maybe next year we'll run another top 3 list.

Only 3? Damn you!
But I will NOT have a Queen song winning this poll.
I'm even placed in a difficult situation - do I vote for 'If You Want Blood' or support an AC/DC song that is already doing well in the chart? Do I even pick an AC/DC song at all? Why can I only think of Housemartins songs at the minute?
Arse.
1) Romeo and Juliet - Dire Straits
2) Since I've Been Loving You - Led Zeppelin
3) Simple Twist Of Fate - Bob Dylan
This list subject to change.

Prophet's Song is the best Queen song ever, it is particulary good when listened to on headphones with your eyes closed. What else can I say ....... and the winner is.......

I must say that I'm rather chuffed it's doing so well! I love Brian May's increasingly chunky riffage as the song progresses.

Personally, my favourite Queen song is Fat Bottomed Girls. But it still clocks in at about 450th on my all-time list.

fords - number 1 all over heaven Posted Jan 20, 2007
Blimey, only three? This is hard....see, the thing is I would love to put in DSOTM as I see that album as one entire track, but that's probably not allowed I've picked one track out of it though So, my top three just now would be...
1. Led Zep - Stairway to Heaven (I don't care, it's a bloody good song and tops these lists for a good reason )
2. Pink Floyd - The Great Gig in the Sky (still gives me shivers)
3. XTC - Dear God (an absolutely spot on lyrical masterpiece)

"I think all places are difficult, it is a matter of in what mood I am.
1: Poison -- Prodigy
2: See the symphony of light -- Prakish ...
3: Keep Feeling -- Human League
Also high on my list: Battle of evermore -- Led Zeppelin, Bright red -- Laurie Anderson, Music non stop -- Kraftwerk, Buffalo soldier -- Bob Marley, Easy sailing -- Rita Marley, Idle loop -- Etch, Oxygene -- Jean Michel Jarre, Full Circle -- Collin Towns, but I am not in the right mood

**mentally compiles his bottom 50 songs and makes a note to blacklist anyone who suggests them**
I only thought of that because TiT mentioned the Human League. Don't worry, Traveller, you're not quite blackballed yet.
