Popped back in. 
please. Had a very hectic day yesterday and today has been nice and relaxing. What on earth is white chili? I thought it only came in one colour - reddish brown. Talking of which, that was my lunch today. Chilli and jacket spud.

I'm cleaning the house because my mother's throwing a holiday party on Sunday.

So what was the party like? Did it have a theme or was it just a party for fun?
I had a quiet day on Sunday. Watched "A Beautiful Mind" on the telly on Saturday night. Was a good film.

I didn't go to the party, it was for my parents and their friends so everyone was over fifty.

Presumably you went else where to get away from everyone. My parents never had parties, then didn't even go to them. I always thought my parents were a little staid.

See you've got the stacked up. Today is one of those days where sitting outside the pub is the better thing to do 'cos the weather is just too nice. There I go being really English and talking about the weather!!

I'm back. please.
Had a busy weekend recently. I help organise a weekend motorbike rally and it's very tiring work, long hours and not much sleep. Still it all went well. Don't remember hearing about any thing major that went wrong.
What have you all else been up to?

I've been tending my exotic plants and wondering how to get my work done before the weekend. I have to wipe an old dieing computer and make some curtains.
