I don't think we'll get that far...Having been both canoeing and sailing together I doubt we'll actually stay afloat for 10 minutes never mind 10 hours

Hey I've punted on the Cam. Very relaxing as long as you don't over extend and try and go too fast.

Hiya DD,
I have finally found a website which is broadcasting the GP and WOW!What a race
*starts waving a flag but remains quiet as to which flag it is so as not to wreck the race for those who aren't obsessive enough to watch a very blurred webcam*
I don't actually think my punting would be that effective as I don't think it's anything like canoeing and that's pretty much the extent of my skill...and that's generally down rapids so I doubt punting down the Cam would be too similar

That's OK my lips are sealed...well in regards to the race obviously I'm not actually being silent I do appreciate that most people are not as foolish as me but if you squint slightly, and blink a lot it's surprisingly good coverage...and every now and again you get an advert break and as it's a German channel I get to watch a whole new culture of bad adverts featuring F1 drivers

Ja sounds gut!!!
I always find watching the ads in any coutry quite interesting I mean you realise how good some of ours actually are

It's quite fun because I speak German so I can understand what's happening and I've just watched a very good BMW advert...Do we have any BMW ad's at the minute because we should have this one
I'm still debating as to whether to protest against ITV and not watch the race but some how I doubt my viewing will make much difference...

Demon Drawer Posted Sep 24, 2000
Sure you can Tinkerbell I think Menza is a little angry about the scheduling of ITV's coverage of the GP affecting his trade his evening

Thank you I tell you what there was a great German advert for beer admittedly it meant I didn't get to see the podium but it was very funny

I've still not bothered with ITV2 - even though we've had it for a year...
I just seem to watch the Sci-Fi and History channels...
