Tonight, for dinner, is crispy duck with hoi-sin sauce, mandarin pancakes, cucumber and shredeed spring onion. If you are vegetarian, you can have interesting noodley stuff with yummy sauce which I don't have a name for because I tend to just make it up and it's different every time.
