Do you have any low fat, low calories stuff please? I'm on a diet (I've lasted a whole 2 days!!!) so am being very well ebhaved to start with so I don't slip into any bad habits.

Tonight's dinner is lasagne and garlic ciabatta with apple pie and custard for dessert.

I hope you aren't veggie (if so, let me know)

We have fresh salmon fillet, pan fried in a non-stick pan (so no oil or fat) with a twist of lemon served with a salad of couscous, sundried tomatoes and basil. For dessert, fresh strawberries; they aren't very red because they are grown for their delicious flavour rather than their colour.

I'll have the full fat, high calories option please.
