There used to be a place in Yaverland that made their own ice-cream. It was called Brown's, part of the Brown's that owned the boating lake and golf course. They made it there, and the ice-cream had real ice in. But now they don't. The golf course is still fun - especially Blue 10.

The only Island-made ice-cream now is Mingella's Oscar Winning Ice-Cream
