Hi all.

Finally got here. Long trip. Thought you might like to read the diary entries I made on the way here:

Saturday: Hot. Muggy. Have rather annoying itch just beyond my reach. Still can't find mystical long-lost beer forum. Questioned some natives. Almost got eaten. Slept in a tree to avoid the deadly hamsters.

Sunday: Still hot. Still muggy. Into the bargain, was mugged by a gang of vicious butterflies (I think they came here for a shandy on the proceeds). Discovered that map was wrong after I passed the same pirhana-infested pool for the fifth time today. Fell to the floor in exhasted resignation. Passed out from virtual beer deprivation.

Monday: Woke up to find a large cat licking my face in a quasi-hungry manner, but with an h2g2 icon for a collar tag. Closer inspection reveals the words 'Forum and Firkin' imposed over the top, and a small relief barrel of beer. Did someone send Kitty out, or did the benevolent beast come fo it's own accord? Who can say?

Still, I'm here now.
