Yes, Foxlease is the place. Near Brockenhurst isn't it? I can now put the various bits in my brain together -- the old house, foxes, badgers, the letter B, the smell of old furniture. All fits

Yes, we tested it, and we pointed out the problem, and they went live with it anyway.
Maybe we can come to some agreement - for example, if it wasn't for Andromeda and me doing some extensive testing, nobody would have noticed that you couldn't have more than 19 replies to a forum without them disappearing... does that soften your position at all?
