We do? Why? We're talking about the Forum and Firkin? What's wrong with that?

Oh... Still think it's rather nitpicky, but that seems to be the ongoing trend... So...

There's a guy in a company I used to work for who is named Richard Hair. I had an awful time keeping my sillier staff from calling him just to hear him answer the phone - 'Dick ....'
Silly really.

I have an uncle named Richard. His first wife (of 34 years and the mother of my cousins) eventually refused to allow anyone to call him Dick (though that was the name he went by growing up and most of us knew him by that). She finally divorced him. Both re-married within less than three months of the final resolution, and he went back to his old monicker.
Cleo (the first wife), being the 'outsider' half of a marriage to a close-knit family, was blamed for most of the perceived ills in the union. I now think she refused to allow the nickname for fear that others would think he was perfect in that sense, too.

To veer wildly back on-topic, would 'The Watershed' be too cheesy a suggestion for the new name for the "h2g2 Arms"?

I would like to still be able to call it the F&F, even if I do have to use another full name. And I agree 'h2g2 arms' is .

Hello evvyboddy...
could I have a beer?
I don't walk in here often, but it seems to be the liveliest place around, considering the limited access of these Tester days.
Oh and i really liked Fish & Forum. Keep that circulating. You can keep it F&F, it sounds familiar, pub-like, it's got food in there, yeah man. *flops on to a cushion waiting for the *
