Don't forget printers. The printer attached to my PC stopped working around the time I had to print my MSc dissertation. (3 copies, each nearly 70 pages)

I suppose we should also include downloading large files from the net. The likelyhood of the file download stlling increasing with the number of unsuccessfull attempts recently made

To cover all of this: the more technologically sophisticated a potential customer is, the more likely an older and lesser-useed technology will be employed for communications (I was recently faxed a couple of documents because the other person didn't use email. I rarely, if ever, use the fax.)

When the Melissa virus was at its height the IT dept came up with a really clever way of keeping us all safe.
They disconnected all 500 employees from the net.
NO EMAIL. Hmmmmm the queue for the fax machine seems long today!
