It might be worth putting in the limitations of the size, qulitily and the photographes have to be sort of subject related too!

I don't think we need to say this just now.
I think we need to concentrate on making sure we're up and running properly and that everyone knows what they're doing before we go into the ins and outs of what goes where and why and how. (If that makes sense that is because I'm still very sleepy).

Hello and hi
Err one slight small prob! I am having a lot of probs with getting the smallness of my picture file i.e 22kb size, ands also the qulitily of the colours too tryed the 16 colour thingy but its still not right!
I think it maybe that my original file sizes are around 4.5->6 MB in size and i my need some software............... any techys out there, been trying for a while now but still no joy!

ok i've worked it out and how to do stuff to the piccys with out loseing heaps of qulity to the picture too..... and I'm going to put my feet up too cus i've now got a headache! and if anyone wants to know how to i'll be pleased to tell them, but not at the mo

Shall I make it a service to morph the image into the right size ? Or shall I write a program just to convert any image to 200*200 <= 20KB ? "
