h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Thiis volunteer page seems to be very out of date... Anything happening to revive ph2gphy for the guide? Anything I can do?

I used to contribute through the old yahoo group years ago, but don't think it was the best mechanism and I had heard rumours that it might be possible to do something within the site on our new home...

All the old volunteer pages will be replaced. Our new home is here:

Artists and Photographers are one group now. The only thing this means is that we're better organised and everyone is allowed to take photos or draw at the same time, do photo manipulations, whatever.

You can (hopefully) find all information you need here: A87725073 (this will replace the old volunteer pages once it's absolutely finished)

If you want to apply please send us links to some of your pictures. (or send them by email to artists at h2g2 dot com please add that you want to join us because it may not be me who finds the email, it may be one of the other Arts Editors)

Thanks Tavron. I knew it was probably being dealt with; as with any house move the labels of contents of the boxes always mysteriously becoming out of sync and you never know where to look to find stuff : )

Thanks, we've got your email. Part of the team's Editors had a look already but some didn't have time yet and I would like to hear opinions from everyone.

Wouldn't it be clever to put some notice on this page about new page and all that? Just in case, you know.

Uh... yes. I requested that but obviously nobody ever did it.

Ok, as I now have 'the power' I added a notice to all artists pages. Unfortunately this one is not a help page (which I seem to be able to easily edit) but a normal Entry written by Rich and I couldn't edit it. I have left a message on his PS asking him to please add a note.

ok scrumph, there we go: please register at Noesis (forum.noesify.com) and then tell me so somebody can give you access to the artists forums.
We have a few subforums there, but you will see. Feel free to comment and add pictures wherever you like. Please also review other people's pictures.
