Your Latest Trick, Dire Straits.
There's no mistake,
I smell that smell,
It's that time of year again.

:P if I know *^_^*
Here's one of my favourite GnR lyrics:
"What's so civil about war anyway?"
Get the song title, you'll see how clever it is

Here's one for you guys then...
oh i watched the news at six o'clock
it made me want to cry
the oceans all polluted,
we've damaged all the sky
over to you folks.

Another from my collection...
"You never lost a war
by being to strong
and you're never too strong
when you've got the bomb"

A clue? Errr....
They're an Irish band, and it's from their last album.
There you go, two clues in one.

Well they are the lyrics from a song (at least another part of will have been heard by most people here)

More nostalgia?
Did I post some lyrics, or did they disappear into the mists of time? I never seem to be able to answer any these days, or I arrive too late for the ones I know.

Ok here's the opening line from that song.
"We've come a long long way together, through the hard times and the good"
Now what song has both sets of lyrics in...
(quick before pastey gets it )
Pegasus, I don't know if you've put any lyrics up or not, but I think we've restarted the whole thing anyway.

Phil: Would you hit me if I said Praise You by Fatboy Slim?

Pastey Posted Sep 15, 2000
Ah, now I know it, but someone beat me to it
Unfortunatly that's really not my sort of music But it does grow on you doesn't it?
So, do we need another set of lyrics? I think that the only ones still unguessed in here are the ones I put up earlier, which I have to admit aren't by a main stream band, unless you're from Galway.
Oops, big clue
