Hi chaps! I've just returned from the bowels of the ship and found this video..
*Blows dust off video box and hands over a Jane Fonda workout tape to Coely...*
How about giving this a go, then?

It's worth a try! I only have a few days until we get there. Will you all join in with the workout? I can't do step for obvious reasons, but will watch the rest of you.

You can do it, Coely. It's a mere 180 feet (I think). I'll bet $100. That's Canadian money, so it's about $30 American. Is that about right, Mari-rae?

I was just thinking, Coely is bound to ingest a lot of liquid, so maybe a workout in a local bar is in order. It's my treat. We can exercise by going up to the bar ourselves, and by-passing the waitresses. We can drum up some bets at the casino.

Don't know $$ conversion, sorry. I don't get out much! If you want to take me out to the local bar, that would be great. We can watch Coely work out while we enjoy ourselves. This bar has to be near the water though, because Coelacanth is a fish.
C'mon, Coely, feel the burn!
Gwennie, will the tape run on h2g2 circuitry?

So, all off to a bar with a pool to watch me excercise! Can it be a juice bar? I'd like to watch what they do with seaweed.

Yes, by the 1st you'll be able to do the falls backwards. I've brought us a round of drinks. A special protein health shake for you Coely.

*still wiping snow off fins*
It might be encouraging to you, but you're sitting in the bar!
*flexes fins to show off to lardies in bar (or should that be ladies?)*

I would have found you a heated training pool, but the ice and snow will inspire you to train harder. So far, everyone is betting you can do it. Another drink, Shazz?

*Appears looking decidedly begraggled after an evening wrestling with the Microsoft download site and British Telecom......*
So, have we all been having a fun work out?
*Admires Coely's rippling fins*
Methinks you'll SCALE the hights that no fish has SCALED before!
*Ducks to avoid verbal abuse...*
Sorry I couldn't resist that one - 'twas too good to pass up! I've FINished now..... *runs for cover...*

Ha ha ah ha. Good one , Gwennie Sorry, Coely. Maybe I should do some laps with you, in support. *Dives into icy water, instantly curls into little ball.* Holy moly, I need a little alcohol for antifreeze. Another round, please.

Thank you Alicat I need a few beers tonight!... I will help Coely with her training soon... I promise! At least the cruise is taking longer then anticipated. Maybe we can delay things until after April Fools Day!

Cheers, dear. The beers will be flowing all night. I think we should just admire the coloured lights on the Falls (from the Canadian side) and get totally tanked. There is reason to celebrate, there always is.
