A Conversation for Changes to h2g2
"Italics" ??

I read here above- and read before - "sad to see some of our fellow 'Italics' go."
I didn't put much attention to it in the passed, but now I do wonder; is h2g2 run by Italians (and under supervision of the BBC)?
Or is it a nickname.
Or what ever?

<./>Team</.>,
The names of the staff who run h2g2 when they post in forums appear in italics. The nick-name stuck.

From the h2g2 Glossary -A901829
"Italics/Bold Italics - Any member of h2g2 staff, so called because their name appears in bold italics."

Slightly more helpfully, try A901829 without the hyphen/minus sign breaking the auto-link generator.
Thanks !!
