Have you thought of exercising a little each day? hmm a 20 mile jog for starters then onto the hard work lifting the telly remote.

believe it or not, I've got one of those step walker things(small hydrolics) and when I get the urgeI'll have a "walk" on that, but could really try and get more willpower to use it more

you mean like a treadmill? i have exe/bike been to the moon and back and not left the same spot.
but of late to be honest i aint reached the door of me bedroom on it.

it's 2 foot plates - up/down

did a 10 minute walk on it before coming on here - puff pant wheeze

And you paid for this? why didnt you just use your front doorstep or the first 2 steps of your stairs thats if you live in a property with stairs?.
Thinking of the first suggestion best not do that, if people see you bobing up and down outside of ya house, they will think early dementia has set in<biggrin?

I went retro and thought of Heath/Thatcher - put warm clothes on30 year later and me heatings off - now sucking extra strong mints and blowing on hands

you should think of brown and blair and you wont even have extra strong mints to keep you warm on a winters evening.

Prof With your weather and the price of tobacco I think you should leave Japan where it is,I can still go into pubs, rest's etc and smoke n I pay about 70 p for a pack of 20,
today is a cold rainy day ,It's about 22 c today yesterday was a sunny 28 c.

I don't think I will ever go back to England , I used to spend June back home or at the TT but I've lost interest in the old country, especially the dirty grubby Heathrow not a nice place to start a holiday,I don't think I've even phoned to England for a couple of years now.

It would be nice to eat a good pork pie or a pasty even and drink a decent cup of tea
