Organic Garlic Yarg
Organic semi-hardish goats cheese from Norfolk.
Organic unpasturised very strong chedder.
Organic double gloster.
Organic stilton. 
and its time to go to the shop tomorrow and buy more oh, think lodger has some parmazan and chedder of some description in the fridge

I also have some rather unhealthy (but extremely, yummy) bavarian smoked cheese. (yes I know it's processed crepe, but I do* love it )

I have some cream cheese and some pre-shredded colby/monterrey jack blend. Very handy for throwing together enchiladas or quesadillas. The sharp cheddar, pepper jack and something else with garlic & dill in went home with my brother after the party.

I have no cheese in my fridge, but I have just remembered a slightly bizzar photo I set up years ago.
I made a wooden base, cut a copper tube and fixed some string to it. The cooper tube supported one end of some real Edam cheese. Some wooden mice were placed under and around the Edam, with the string attached to copper tube trailing out of photograph.
In a slightly commedic way the photo worked with the idea that the cheese was the trap that killed the wooden mice......

It's fair enough to have no cheese in the fridge. Happens to me when there's no space to wedge it among the beers.
